Panto is amazing! Oh no it isn't, oh yes it is 😜

What an amazing couple of weeks I've just had! Being lead makeup artist for the local panto I've grown up watching and acting in.

I have grown up watching the Dearne Community panto, and then as I grew older I was involved in the cast from age 12 into my late 20's and I've always enjoyed the thrill of being involved in a theatrical production. So to be asked to be the lead makeup artist was an absolute honour and privilege.

The laughs we've had along the way, the tears and tantrums too, nothing quite beats being part of a panto family.

I've absolutely loved being able to share what I've learnt at university and put it into practice, releasing my creativity and making new friends along the way.

I'm a little bit sad it's over but I'm so proud of my work and the feedback from the cast has been amazing.

Now to plan for the next panto 😂
