Beauty Barn ❤️ Part 1

So while we've been in lockdown I have been super busy trying to get my little beauty Barn up and running!

I want to create a place where my clients can come for treatments, where they will feel and experience a true pamper experience.

Step one was finding a summer house that was big enough and had enough natural light coming in to it. I found the perfect one for sale close to where I live. It was then transported to my house and has spent most of the winter months propped up in pieces in my garden.

But then the sun came out and with lots of spare time on my hands we finally got the foundations laid to begin the building process!

So then the next step was all down to little old me, painting the windows, doors and exterior to make it aesthetically more pleasing than the original colour. Which with our typical English weather was a very long process, rain called plans off on numerous days!

Then another visit from my other brother to roof and make sure the beauty Barn is weatherproof! Nobody wants their makeup done in a leaky shed now do they?

And finally, to complete the exterior I laid paving slabs at the entrance, blocked out part of the doors to provide more privacy and laid decorative stones around the edges, as well as cladding around the bottom to cover the foundations.

It's been a long process but I can finally see the dream coming to life! Keep tuned for the next step of completing the interior to finish bringing the dream to life 🥰
